Performance: Like all of our heated gloves, the Urban Leather Dress Gloves are integrated with our patented Zero Layer Heating System that provides full heat coverage that surrounds the hands in cocoon of warmth. What does full heat coverage mean? Our heating elements extend the length of each finger and fingertip, the back of the hand and unlike our competitors, we also heat the underside of the fingers and the palm as well. Oh, and by the way, we added 20% more heating element coverage to these areas.

Each pair of gloves includes two lightweight 2600mah rechargeable batteries and a dual charger. The batteries are small and thin, weighing only 2 ounces. Simply charge up the batteries (light on the charger will turn from red to green to indicate a full charge) and connect each battery to the round plug found in the battery pocket on the underside of the cuff on the glove. When you are ready for heat just press and hold the rubberized controller switch sewn into the glove on the back of the hand. Choose from 3 power level setting, Red = High, Blue = Medium, Green = Low

Approximate run time with fully charged batteries listed below. Batteries fully charge in 3-4 hours. High = 2+ hours, Medium = 3.5+ hours, Low = 5+ hours

We are not going to post temperature recordings for this style of glove because there are just too many variables and we find that it can be confusing for some customers. Just remember though if you are planning on doing any comparisons, our gloves are made to be hotter than our competitors and our medium setting is typically higher than other's highest setting.

Sizing: The Urban Leather Dress Gloves are unisex sized meaning they are not specifically sized for men or women. Just take the measurement of the circumference of the hand and finger length to help determine your size.

• Small: Hand circumference 7 - 7.5", Middle finger length 2.6 - 3"
• Medium: Hand circumference 7.5 - 8.5", Middle finger length 3.1 - 3.3"
• Large: Hand circumference 8.5 - 9", Middle finger length 3.3 - 3.5"
• X-Large: Hand circumference 9 - 9.5", Middle finger length 3.6 - 3.7"
• 2X-Large: Hand circumference 9.5 - 10", Middle finger length 3.7 - 3.8"

Battery Heating Technology: Volt Resistance battery heated clothing uses safe and durable heating technology powered by rechargeable lithium-ion battery packs. Our garments are designed to help keep your body core warm and to help you maintain an optimal temperature, through thermal comfort. Each product includes heating elements made of tiny conductive fibers engineered to provide optimal heat. Combine this with insulating materials designed to both retain and reflect heat toward the body and you get the best thermal management system available.

Active Heating Technology: Our heated gear is designed to keep out the cold and uses insulating materials to work with the body's natural ability to generate heat, but the drastic difference is that our heating technology provides "active" heat for those situations where the body is not able to provide warmth. This is especially important for people with poor circulation, or who suffer from conditions like Raynaud's Disease.

Heat Transfer System: Our "active" heating system uses both conduction and radiation heat transfer methods to help keep you warm. Conduction is direct heat flow through matter and resulting from physical contact. Our products have a heating system designed specifically for conduction to create warmth by stimulating blood flow. Our system also generates infrared rays that emits upward with help of a thermal reflective barrier. When these rays strike the surface of another object like the fabric and the body, the rays are absorbed and then heat is produced. This heat spreads throughout the mass by conduction.

Zero Layer Technology: Our patent pending Zero Layer design uses a special tape sealing process, bonding the heating system directly to the shell fabric. This allows for better heat transfer and eliminates bulky extra layers.

How Volt Heat Rechargeable Batteries Work:

• Remove battery(ies) and charger from packaging.
• Plug the charger into a properly rated AC electrical outlet.
• Connect the batteries to the output plugs from the charger to commence charging.
• The LED light(s) on the charger will show "red" when charging.
• Batteries will be fully charged when the LED indicator on the charger turns green. Fully discharged batteries will take 5 hours to charge completely.
• Disconnect batteries from charger output plugs.
• Locate the output plug from the pocket on the product and connect to battery.
• Press the "power" button to activate and select desired power level.
• When finished, press the power button to turn off, unplug the batteries and recharge for next use.
