This unique balaclava has a smart design that gives you the right fabrics where you need them. Performance and breathability over your head; comfort and coverage over your face and neck. And with our softest performance fabric on your side, we mean comfort with a capital C.
With performance and coverage where you need it, our Shellaclava is not your average ski mask. It's got a performance hood made with our midweight Comfort Shell fabric, which breathes well, wicks moisture, dries fast, and stretches easily for a comfortable fit. On the neck warmer, meanwhile, you've got two layers of our buttery-soft Comfort Luxe fabric, which feels oh-so-soft against the skin and insulates well against the cold. The hood slides easily under a hat or helmet, and the neck has extra length to ensure coverage beneath ski jackets. It's the best of both worlds; you won't overheat up top, and you've got luxuriously soft comfort standing between you and the elements.
Where does anything begin but with an idea and a dream? Each of our uniquely individual brands here at The Turtle Fur Group has its own story, inspiration and voice, supported by an unwavering dedication to quality and innovation, support of family and community, and love and respect for our planet... all while having fun. Turtle Fur outdoor accessories for all seasons and lifestyles. Turtle Fur has been synonymous with ski and cold weather accessories for over 30 years, but we're so much more. For example, we significantly expanded our Comfort Shell active line (formerly Black Turtle Collection) and our performance technical line, added new unlined Merino Wool knit hats and midweight Artisan Handmade Nepal Knits. Our famous Lectra Battery Heated Sox originated with our Nordic Gear line and still lives on - based on popular demand - under the Turtle Fur Brand.
