Herbal Concepts Feet are used to apply a combination of herbal essence, temperature and pressure to the specific zone in the body to stimulate the flow of natural healing energy - restoring the perfect balanced state of relaxation. Heat - Warm Warmer in the microwave for 1 minute on high. Increase in 30 second increments to desired temperature. Test to ensure temperature is ideal before use. Do not overheat. Cold - Place Warmer in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer for 2 hours. Clean - Wipe with damp cloth. Store - Keep Warmer in dry cool place in a resealable plastic bag to increase longevity.
