Who we are and our inspiration
At the intersection of tech and fashion, Fibreheat is the brainchild of four founders. Our deep background in engineering, fashion, and business development led us to take a fresh look at performance fabrics that can help those with circulation issues.
Why choose us?
Our deep experience in electrical and textile engineering, fashion design, and business development gave us the insight to create a new technology and turn it into a great looking line of thermo gloves and other self-heating accessories that will keep your fingers and body warm.
After months of testing, we started by developing thermal gloves for circulatory issues. The testing itself was done in a refrigerated environment with sensors mounted on each hand to test two different gloves simultaneously. In this testing, Fibreheat gloves far outperformed anything else on the market.
Above just providing a good product, we created our products to solve a real issue. Our goal is to also bring relief to those suffering from poor circulation, including people that have Raynaud's Disease, scleroderma, arthritis, or hypothyroidism. We've created a fashionable glove and entire line of accessories that can act as therapeutic devices.
Our material
You're probably familiar with the types of performance fabrics that focus on athletic endeavors - such as wicking sweat from your body. We wondered what would happen if we applied next-generation, heat-generating fabrics to gloves for poor circulation and other cold-weather wear specifically made for those who want thin warm gloves, glove liners, or individuals who suffer from circulatory problems like Raynaud's, scleroderma, arthritis, lupus, hypothyroidism, and more.
We used material science to figure out what could be done and came up with a concept where conductive heat and radiating heat interact with each other to create a fabric that effectively generates and retains heats itself.
The machines we use to create these therapeutic gloves and accessories are very high-tech. They're really almost like 3D printing. When our gloves come off the machines, they need next to no finishing. There's no sewing involved and therefore no seams. This advanced materials technology coupled with our unique production process truly sets Fibreheat apart in the market.
Product recommendations
We offer a range of styles to fit every need. From thin, warm gloves to dual-layered sets in a variety of colors and patterns, there's a unique fit for every need. Those suffering from circulatory issues need to be ultra-vigilant during the colder months in keeping extremities warm. Our gloves, and other self-heating products, can get you through a long winter season with ease.
Our thermal gloves and accessories are easy to wear, inexpensive, and work. If you have circulatory problems Raynaud's, scleroderma, arthritis, lupus, hypothyroidism, and more, we hope you'll find these therapeutic gloves and accessories put an end to your painful and throbbing fingers and frigid body without making you feel like you're wearing a medical device, or looking like a "ski bunny." Read about one customer's experience with Raynaud'sdisease and hear how Fibreheat gloves gave her relief from painful symptoms during both indoor and outdoor activities.
It's always been a trade-off for Raynaud'ssufferers - style or warmth: Either you look fashionable and freeze your paws off, or you wrap your hands in thick, bulky mitts that make you look like Nanook of the North heading for the slopes.
So, we were really excited to discover these new gloves from Fibreheat. They look and feel just like standard gloves, even come in a variety of outer fabrics (including merino wool and cashmere) and fun designs, like stripes, rag wool and snowflake prints.
