Instructions for Use:

Freezing: Lay the gel pack flat in the freezer at least one hour prior to use. Be sure to use a towel or cloth between your skin and the gel pack. When not in use, store the gel pack back in the freezer.

Heating:

• Hot Water: Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Immerse the gel pack for 4-10 minutes. Check gel pack frequently to reach desired temperature. Test temperature of product before application.
• Microwave: From room temperature, microwave the gel pack for 10-30 seconds. If frozen, microwave for 30 seconds on high power. Add 10 second increments as needed.

Warning: Do not use the gel pack directly on skin. Always place a cloth barrier between the gel pack and skin. Always check the temperature prior to application. If hot/cold therapy becomes uncomfortable, remove the gel pack.

Care: To clean, rinse gel packs with clean cool water and wipe dry.
