Cools well

Works very well but I ordered an extra set about a month ago and have not received them or any information regarding purchase other than cost deduction from my account. Would certain like some information regarding my purchase. I have MS and need as much help staying cool while doing my weekly yard work which takes several hours. One set will not last long enough and extra set is very much needed.
