CompCooler Motorcyclist ICE Chest Solo Cooling System Includes One Tubing-Lined Cooling Vests and One Cooling Seat Pad with 3-Liter Container 12V DC operated, Flow Control Mode
Series Connection for Cooling Vest and Cooling Seat Pad
Smart, safety-conscious motorcyclist's wear protective clothing, like leather, and during the warmer months of the year that can get uncomfortably hot. That's where CompCooler can help with its cooling system specifically designed for motorcyclists. It combines a tubing-lined vest with a liquid cooling system housed in an ice chest to form a tethered thermal regulation device. The vest is a highly engineered breathable mesh garment that weighs a mere 0.5KG / 1.1 lbs, dry weight. It consists of a soft mesh outer fabric and inner liner which is easy to don and comfortable to wear against the body. Velcro adjustment tabs provide a snug fit for max thermal transfer. The liquid cooling system is a separate ice chest that weighs 1.5KG / 3.3 lbs, dry weight. It contains a 3.0-liter removable ice container, circulation pump, power source, and power switch. When operating, it's audible output is 45dBA. Cooling energy is provided by freezing the water in the ice container. Power is derived from the motorcycle battery using the supplied SAE or cigarette plug. An optional 7.4V rechargeable battery can also be purchased separately. To operate the system, connect the vest tubing to the ice chest using the screw-in fittings and seat cooling pad with quick-disconnect fittings. Turn the switch 'On' and the pump circulates cold water in a continuous loop between the ice chest and vest. Users can expect a cooling duration anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on ambient temperatures and workload. Additional ice containers can be purchased for prolonged cooling. Ice cubes can also be used for prolonged cooling, although the cooling time will be lessened.
CompCooler's tubing-lined cooling pads are compatible with either ice-based or chiller-based stationary systems. User can secure the cushion on the seat using attached straps. CompCooler's cooling pad are made with mesh liner, non-slip mat, an internal 3D fabric that it comfortable to use.
User can connect the cooling pad with the existing Motorcycle Riders Solo or Tandem Cooling Unit by series connection.
