Description

AlphaCool 12V Motorcycle Circulatory Cooling Vest Solo System is the perfect solution for keeping you cool while you ride. The AlphaCool 12V Motorcycle Circulatory Cooling System brings the top cooling technology into the motorcycle and ATV world, ensuring the utmost comfort during hot Summer rides. It is made up of a 6L Cooler Circulation Unit, a Liquid Cooling Vest, and a 3ft extension hose, operated by a motorcycle 12V power by SAE adapter. The system can also be powered with a 7.4V battery (sold separately). 

The mini pump unit circulates the cold water from the cooler to the liquid cooling vest to ensure continuous flow around the body. Temperature range 36°F-50°F (2°C-10°C). The 6L cooler system will support up to 6 hours of body cooling.

    Really effective, 7.4V battery option worth buying

    The 12V SAE connection is the primary power and works flawlessly. For days when I want to use the system off the bike — at a rest stop, a campsite, or away from the bike — I bought the 7.4V battery separately. Worth the extra purchase to have that flexibility. The vest and cooler system themselves are excellent.

    Excellent riding vest, stop-and-go heat management note

    At highway speed this system is outstanding — the cold water circulation combined with airflow over your jacket is genuinely comfortable in heat that would otherwise be brutal. At slow speeds or in stop-and-go traffic the circulation still works but you lose the airflow benefit. For highway touring this is a five-star product. For city riding in heat it's still good, just not transformative.

    36 to 50 degrees against your body at highway speed

    The temperature range of 36 to 50 degrees Fahrenheit circulating against your torso while air flows over your jacket at 70 mph is genuinely refreshing in a way that nothing else on a motorcycle can replicate. I have ridden all summer with this system and have not cut a single ride short due to heat. That's the whole return on investment right there.

    Plugs right into the SAE adapter — no fuss

    If your bike already has an SAE adapter this system plugs in and runs in under 5 minutes. My touring bike was wired for it and the whole setup took less time than filling the cooler. Once it's running the cold water circulates continuously and you feel it immediately through the vest. Exactly the plug-and-ride system touring riders need.

    6 hours of cold on a single fill — perfect for long rides

    I do iron butt rides and summer heat has always been the limiting factor. The 6L cooler on this system connected to my SAE adapter keeps cold water circulating for the full 6 hours. I did a 400-mile July run without stopping specifically for heat. First time I've ever said that. This system has expanded what I'm willing to attempt in summer.
