The Breezeway welding helmet ventilation system brings air into the helmet through a bifurcated air system along two paths. The Face Stream flows along the front of the helmet to keep the lens free of fog, while the Blocking Stream flows to the top and back of the helmet to remove heat and exhaled CO2. The ventilation unit clips into the top of the welding helmet shell, it is lightweight and battery operated so there is no obstruction to the user when installed.
Breezeway improves the welding experience with a lightweight, portable unit that fits any welding helmet.

Hot sparks, flying debris, UV radiation, and material fumes are real hazards for welders. Welding helmets help prevent injury from these dangers, but they end up being heavy, hot, and uncomfortable.
Breezeway is here to make your work environment comfortable and cool! This portable device clips to any helmet on the market today and provides a protective curtain of high-pressure airflow to push hot air out and bring cool, clean air in.
The lightweight design makes it easy to wear throughout the day without causing headaches or fatigue. A bigger fan and lithium ion battery work together to maximize airflow and durability. Breezeway is easily charged in 4 hours, and holds a charge throughout the day.
Your Health & Welder's Lung
Pneumosiderosis, commonly called Welder's Lung, is an occupational lung disease resulting from chronic inhalation of iron dust particles, usually found in welders. The standard treatment involves addressing the symptoms, and is generally favorable when strictly avoiding iron dust. This condition can take you off the job for weeks to fully recover. Protect your health and your livelihood with Breezeway. The reusable activated-carbon-infused filters remove iron dust and other particles from the air entering the helmet, while air dams keep additional particulates from entering the helmet, resulting in up to a 90% fume reduction. Breezeway is not intended to replace any personal protective equipment that may be required by regulations.
